Durham, Maine – Second year Late Model racer Evan Beaulieu of Durham, Maine is pleased to announce an expansion of his partnership with HMS Motorsport for the 2014 season.

The partnership will include Evan being outfitted with Schroth Belts for his Hancock Lumber No. 56 and wearing a Stilo Helmet for the second straight year, among other products that HMS Motorsport has to offer.  Evan says the difference is in the details and that’s why he favors both products.

“Stilo builds their helmets around the speakers instead of the other way around,” Evan explained.  “So the quality of the sound I’m hearing from the spotter is so much clearer.  It’s like I have HD Radio in that shell.  The helmet is lightweight and my vision field is wide and clear.  I wouldn’t want to use anything else after having worn a Stilo.”

Of the belts, the racer added, “I’ve used Schroth belts since 2008 and they are the most comfortable belts on the market.  There’s a reason so many Nascar, IndyCar and F1 drivers use them.  I’m as safe as I can be held down by those belts.”

Further than just advertising products, Evan hopes this partnership will push other drivers into investing in safer equipment and educate others on how to be as safe as they can be inside of a race car.

“I’m looking forward to working with Joe Marko, Brian Fox and their entire team at HMS Motorsport on our expanded partnership this season.  One of my biggest passions outside of racing is safety and if we can make others safer as well, then this partnership is doing it’s job.  I’ve been a customer since I moved up to bigger cars so I’m thankful to now have a chance to help them expand their customer base through this partnership.”
